Jakub Kulesza

Jakub Kulesza has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jakub is currently working as the Director of Product Owners at Grass Valley since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Engineering Lead and Poland R&D lead at Kyriba from March 2022 to December 2022.

From February 2020 to January 2022, Jakub held multiple roles at SeaChange International, including Senior Vice President R&D / General Manager Poland and VP Advertising Software. Before that, they worked as an IT Project Manager at SeaChange International from October 2015 to March 2019, leading various teams and delivering advanced RDK based set-top boxes for a Swiss digital TV platform.

Their other work experiences include serving as a Senior Information Technology System Administrator at Gielda Praw Majatkowych VINDEXUS S.A. from 2000 to February 2021, an IT Project Manager at 7bulls.com Sp. z o. o. in April 2015, an IT Project Manager and Product Owner at TVN S.A. from March 2014 to March 2015, and an IT Project Manager at Pretius from May 2012 to March 2015.

Jakub has also worked at Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. as a Project Manager/Product Manager in the Marketing Department from January 2011 to April 2012 and as an IT Project Manager in the STB Department from December 2008 to December 2010. Before that, they served as an IT Consultant at Pentegy S.A. and was a Management Board Member at the Polish Linux Users Group.

Jakub Kulesza received their MA in Economics, Quantitative Methods, and Information Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they pursued an Executive MBA at Warsaw University of Technology from 2008 to 2010. Before this, they attended Stanislaw Staszic High School in Warsaw no.14 from 1995 to 1999, where they focused on Maths and Physics.
