Jim Kirkland

Jim Kirkland has extensive work experience in the media technology industry. Jim currently holds the position of SVP Global Delivery & Support at Grass Valley since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Service & Support and Vice President of Playout - Design & Delivery at the same company. Before joining Grass Valley, they worked at Miranda Technologies from 2011 to 2014, where they held various roles such as Director of Sales Engineering EMEA - Operations and Sales Engineering Manager. Jim also worked at Omnibus Systems from 2005 to 2010, serving as the Pre-Sales Manager and Senior System Architect.

Jim Kirkland attended Nottingham Trent University from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Maths and IT. Jim successfully graduated with a 2:1 degree.
