Wioleta Kwaśny

Wioleta Kwaśny has a diverse work experience starting as a Preschool Teacher at Daisy International Preschool in 2015. Wioleta then worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Capita Education Recruitment in 2016. In 2017, they joined BlackRock as a Sourcing Partner, where they managed the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and FinTech roles. Wioleta later moved to Hays as a Senior Sourcing Partner and also worked as a Senior IT Sourcing Partner at American Express. In 2019, they joined EPAM Systems as a Senior IT Recruiter and simultaneously worked as a Lead Recruitment Partner at Hays. Wioleta then took on the role of Lead Recruitment Partner at SUSE, where they successfully led the staffing efforts for the newly created IT division and achieved positive feedback from key stakeholders. Most recently, they have been working at Backbase as a Senior Tech Recruiter. Currently, they hold the position of a Recruitment Lead at Grass Valley.

Wioleta Kwaśny obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Philology from the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they received a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in January 2017.
