Lucy Dixon

Lucy Dixon has extensive work experience in the financial industry, spanning over two decades. Lucy most recently worked as the Director of Operations at Grasshopper Bank starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at Capital One from 2012 to 2021, including Vice President and Vice President/ Sr Manager Commercial Loan Operations. Before joining Capital One, they worked at Morgan Stanley from 2006 to 2012, where they held the position of Manager in the Corporate Loans Department and Manager in the Agency Corporate Loans. Lucy also has experience at Goldman Sachs, where they worked from 2000 to 2006, holding roles such as Team Leader in the Confirmations Department, Team Leader in Swap Operations, and Control Analyst in Wealth & Cash Management. Throughout their career, Lucy has demonstrated expertise in areas such as operations management, loan administration, trade settlements, risk mitigation, compliance, and team leadership.

Lucy Dixon has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Professional Studies and Public Affairs from Hofstra University. Additionally, in 2013, they obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification in Business Process Management.
