Kimberly Geiser

Kimberly Geiser, CPPM, currently serves as Business Process Manager at Gravie since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kimberly operated Kim Geiser Consulting, LLC, offering consulting services since August 2020, where notable achievements included managing Lifespark's acquisition of Tealwood Senior Living and developing a market-ready Senior Living product ahead of schedule. From August 2020 to November 2023, Kimberly worked at Lifespark as a Business Analyst in Population Health and as a Project Management Consultant, driving organizational improvements and leading a cultural change initiative across 35 senior living communities. Previous experience includes project management and administrative roles at HealthPartners, Bluestone Physician Services, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Hamm Memorial Psychiatric Clinic, and Planned Parenthood. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Community Health from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
