At Nike, Melissa also contributed as Director of Global Retail Experience & Innovation. Earlier in their career, Melissa was Vice President of Client Strategy at Social Driver and a National-Level Policy Advisor at the US Department of Health and Human Services. Melissa is pursuing an Executive Certificate in Women's Leadership from Stanford University and holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems Management from The George Washington University.
