Desiree Germick

Desiree Germick, PMP, is an experienced Scrum Master and Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodology and project delivery. Currently at Gravity Payments since June 2021, Desiree advocates for collaboration and efficiency in development teams. Previous roles include serving at Arity from December 2017 to June 2021, where Desiree managed two development teams and led system access management initiatives. Further experience includes project management positions at AAA MountainWest, Yahoo!, and Seneca Family of Agencies, where Desiree focused on improving operational processes and stakeholder communication. Desiree holds a Postbaccalaureate certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Journalism and Gender Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
