Allison Niksich

Allison Niksich has worked in the footwear design industry since 2006. Allison began their career as a Shoe Design Intern at Kenneth Cole Productions in 2006. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Coldwater Creek in various roles, including Associate Designer - Jewelry & Accessories, Assistant Product Developer - Footwear & Accessories, and Assistant Product Developer - Footwear. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Footwear Designer at Target. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Design Director at Direct Global Partners. Currently, they are a Footwear Design Consultant at Gravity Sketch since 2022.

Allison Niksich received a B.S. in Apparel Design, Merchandising & Production from Iowa State University. In 2011, they attended the Fashion Institute of Technology for Footwear Design.
