Charbel Tawk

Charbel Tawk is a seasoned professional in the retail sector with extensive experience in managing commercial operations, particularly within the fresh food and FMCG Food divisions. Currently serving as the Head of the Fresh Food Division and Head of the Import Department at Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon since November 2017, Charbel leads a team focused on sourcing strategies and commercial management. Previous roles include Senior Buying Manager for Spinney's E-commerce platform, where Charbel oversaw significant sales and profitability metrics, and Commercial Division Manager at The Sultan Center, responsible for supplier agreements and inventory monitoring. Charbel's career began at Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon in various roles, including Category Manager and Supply Manager, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Notre Dame University - Louaize in 2002.
