Christopher Kinney is the Operations Manager at Gray Reed's Waco office, overseeing day-to-day administrative operations. Additionally, he serves as the Contracts Administrator, handling a range of vendor and service agreements. With extensive experience in government contracting with the County of Los Angeles, he has held various managerial roles, including overseeing contract development and administration for different departments. In his previous role as a military police officer in the Army National Guard, he enforced military laws and regulations to protect lives and property on Army installations. Christopher holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from California State University at Bakersfield and an Associate of Arts in Administration of Justice from Antelope Valley College.
