Mike Zima

Mike Zima is the Vice President of External Reporting at Gray Television. Mike has over 15 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry.

Mike started their career as a Consultant and Project Manager at Horn Murdock Cole, an Accretive Solutions Company. Mike provided consulting services to public companies for SEC reporting and SOX 404 internal control system documentation/testing. Mike also provided project management and consulting services to clients in the manufacturing and distribution industry for SOX 404 documentation and testing, as well as complex account reconciliations and process improvement recommendations.

In their current role at Gray Television, Mike is responsible for the company's SEC reporting, annual audit, 10K, annual report, proxy, and 10-Q reporting. Mike has also been instrumental inGray Television's recent spinoff, merger, and registration statement for the company's newspaper publishing and wireless communications business.

Mike Zima's educational career includes completing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Emory University - Goizueta Business School as well as attending Mainland Sr. High.
