John Ollis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John started their career as a Server Assistant at Ruth's Chris Steak House in 2011, where they excelled in providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. In 2013, they joined Phi Delta Theta - Alpha Chapter, where they held the roles of Apparel Coordinator and Social Chairman.

In 2015, John gained construction experience as a Field Co-Op at Golden Construction LLC, where they were responsible for providing layout and quality control for multiple trades. John continued their work at Golden Construction LLC in 2016 as a Project Management Co-Op, assisting the Project Management Team in various processes.

In 2016, they also worked as an Intern at Rumsey Properties, where they assisted the property manager with property inspections, maintenance, and development, as well as coordinating property showings and executing property contracts for new tenants.

John's construction career progressed further in 2018 when they joined Gray as a Project Engineer. John then advanced to the role of Assistant Site Manager in 2019 and currently serves as a Site Manager, demonstrating their growth and expertise in the field.

Overall, John brings a well-rounded skill set to their work, combining their construction experience with their abilities in customer service and project management.

John Ollis pursued their education starting from 2008 to 2012 at McGill Toolen Catholic High School. After completing high school, they attended The University of Alabama from 2012 to 2017, where they studied Construction Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a Procore Certified: Associate certification from Procore Technologies in May 2016 and an OSHA 30 Hour certification from OSHA.
