Kendall Kluttz

Kendall Kluttz has a rich work experience in the construction industry. Starting in 2005, Kluttz worked as an Estimator/Project Manager at Phillips & Jordan, Inc., where they successfully estimated, coordinated, and managed large earthwork projects for private owners, as well as county, state, and federal projects.
