Matt Fleece

Matt Fleece has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and landscape design. Matt began their career at Hillenmeyer Landscape Services in 2010 as a Landscape Designer and Landscape Sales Manager. In 2011, they joined Barrett Partners Inc. as a Landscape Designer, where they worked until 2014. Matt then transitioned to Gray in 2015, starting as a Field Engineer before progressing to an Office Engineer role. In 2018, they were promoted to Assistant Project Manager and most recently, in March 2022, they took on the position of Project Manager at Gray. Throughout their career, Matt has gained experience and expertise in project management, engineering, and landscape design.

From 2004 to 2010, Matt Fleece attended the University of Kentucky, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Landscape Architecture.
