Shane Regazzoli has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Shane started their career in 2011 as a Supervisor at Penneys, where they gained leadership and management skills until 2018.

In 2018, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Diageo, where they gained practical experience in a professional setting.

In 2019, Shane joined FDT Consulting Engineers and Project Managers as a Junior Project Engineer, where they developed their engineering skills and contributed to various projects until early 2020.

In 2020, they joined Mondelēz International as a Project Process Engineer, where they gained experience in process engineering until early 2021.

Currently, Shane is working at Gray as a Project Process Engineer, starting in July 2021.

Shane Regazzoli completed their education from 2013 to 2018 at Technological University Dublin, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Shane received the following training and qualifications:

- In July 2019, they completed the "Diageo Environmental awareness for Contractors 1.2 e-Learning course" at EazySAFE.

- In July 2019, Shane also completed the "Food safety HACCP & Hygiene e-Learning course" at EazySAFE.

- Additionally, they participated in the "Career ready school to work event" organized by Junior Achievement Ireland in 2019.
