Vern Pitcher

Vern Pitcher has extensive experience in human resources management. Vern has worked as a Director in various companies such as Graybar, Eagle Ottawa, and CTS Corporation. In these roles, Vern was responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits programs, managing HR infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to these positions, they held managerial roles at Eaton Corporation and TRW, Inc., where they gained experience in HR generalist responsibilities and participated in a management development program. Vern Pitcher began their career as a Personnel Administrator at Consumers Energy.

Vern Pitcher has a Masters in Human Resource Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, which was obtained from 1984 to 1986. Prior to that, they received a Bachelors in Management from Purdue University from 1979 to 1981. Their education history also includes studying Business and General Studies at Westminster College (MO) from 1977 to 1979. In addition to these degrees, Vern Pitcher holds a certification as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2007.
