Richard Hogan has over 25 years of diverse experience in human resources, recruiting, and management within the energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Recruiting Manager at Graycor since May 2015, Richard previously held the role of Sr. Corporate Recruiter at Schneider Electric, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and consulting on compliance and process management. Richard's extensive background also includes various management roles at PIC Group, Inc., focusing on contract management, staffing, and operations, as well as technical recruiting at Southwestern Business Resources. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Nuclear Test Engineer at Newport News Shipbuilding and a First Class Machinists Mate in the US Navy, where Richard gained significant technical and leadership training.
