Patrick Fraser

Patrick Fraser has extensive experience in the communications industry. Patrick currently works as the Director and Head of the Southern Region at Grayling UK, where they utilize their expertise in creating advantage for clients by getting closer to insights, influencers, cultures, and communities. Prior to joining Grayling, Patrick served as the Interim Managing Director at Antidote Communications, a corporate B2B communications agency specializing in helping data-driven businesses deliver impactful stories. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Wonderland Comms and as a Marketing and Communications Specialist as a self-employed individual. Patrick's career also includes roles as the Managing Partner at McCann Bristol, where they managed the P&L division and oversaw a portfolio of integrated B2B and B2C clients, as well as the role of Marketing Consultant at Freelance. Earlier in their career, they served as an Associate Director at Bray Leino Limited, contributing to the significant growth of the business through successful new business pitches. Additionally, Patrick gained experience as a Freelance Account Director at JCPR and as a Senior Account Manager at Lexis, where they worked on renowned projects such as the Barclays Premiership and the Rugby Football Union. Patrick started their career as an Account Executive at Cohn & Wolfe.

Patrick Fraser attended the University of the West of England from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a BSC degree. Patrick studied Environmental Quality & Resource Management during their time at the university.
