Sara Beirne

Sara Beirne's work experience includes holding the position of Head of Digital at Grayling since July 2021, where they are responsible for transitioning and building Grayling's global and UK digital and social team. Prior to that, Sara worked at Eulogy from 2015 to 2021, where they held various roles including Digital & Social Director - Head of Media, Insight and Planning, and Director - Head of Digital. During their time at Eulogy, they led digital, social, and creative strategies across the business and managed a team of digital and social strategists, planners, media buyers, community managers, content producers, designers, and SEO specialists. Before Eulogy, Sara worked at MSLGROUP UK from 2012 to 2015, where they served as a Digital Associate Director and Account Director, Digital Strategist. Sara was responsible for leading digital strategy and integrated campaigns for consumer and B2B clients. Sara also worked at Burson-Marsteller as an Account Director, Digital Strategist from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they have experience working at Penrose as a Media and Communications Officer from 2010 to 2011 and at markettiers as a Digital Producer and Online Media Relations Specialist from 2007 to 2009.

Sara Beirne began their education journey in 2002 at the University of Bath, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in French and Politics. Sara completed their studies in 2006.

In 2004, Sara attended Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, where they focused on European Politics and History. Sara remained there until 2005.

During their time at the University of Bath in 2005, Sara obtained the Cambridge English Language Teaching Award (CELTA), further enhancing their language teaching skills.

Sara continued their education in 2009 at City, University of London, pursuing a Master's degree in International Politics and Human Rights. Sara specialized in Digital rights and global privacy standards throughout their studies, completing the program in 2011.

Aside from their formal education, Sara obtained the Cambridge English Language Teaching to Adults certification from Cambridge Assessment in July 2005.
