Sachin Naik has extensive work experience in the software and gaming industry. Sachin is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Engineering at GrayMatter Software Services Pvt Ltd. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Co-founder of Play Time Media (I) Pvt Ltd., a product startup that they founded in 2014.

Sachin Naik has also held various leadership positions in well-known companies such as Electronic Arts Games, where they worked as the Director of Operations, and Aurona Technologies, where they served as the Managing Director. At Electronic Arts Games, they managed central engineering teams and ensured successful mobile launches for the company's mobile portfolio. At Aurona Technologies, they focused on higher revenue/value projects, established new client relationships, and led the company's India operations and global business development efforts.

Additionally, Sachin Naik has held positions at Rolta India Limited as the Senior Vice President of Production and Business Development, Milestone Interactive Software Limited as the Business Director of the Game Studio division, and Inndsoft Systemz as the Regional Manager. Sachin started their career as an Area Sales Manager at Bradma of India Limited.

Sachin Naik attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2005 and obtained a degree in IT Project Management. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1996, they pursued Business Management at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Before that, from 1993 to 1996, they studied Commerce at the University of Mumbai, and from 1987 to 1991, they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering from Shree Bhagubai Mafatlal Polytechnic. Furthermore, they completed their SSC from Hansraj Morarjee Public School in 1987 and their primary education took place at IES, New English School from 1977 to 1985.
