Tuan Diep

Tuan Diep has a diverse work experience in various industries, primarily focusing on human resources and employee relations. Starting in 2001, Tuan worked as an Associate Lawyer at Stikeman Elliott LLP, providing legal advice and representation in labor and employment disputes. In 2006, they joined Accenture, where they held multiple roles, including Client Account HR Manager, Senior Labor Relations Specialist/Team Lead, and Canada Data Privacy Officer. Tuan then moved to the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia in 2013, where they served as the Manager of Employee Relations. Tuan later joined Catalyst Paper in 2015 as the Director of Talent Management & Employee Relations and Corporate HR Business Partner. Most recently, Tuan has been with Graymont since 2018, holding the position of Director of Human Resources North America. Here, they lead a team responsible for providing HR partnership and services to multiple offices and locations in Canada and the United States, focusing on recruitment, labor relations, policy development, and disability management.

Tuan Diep completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Criminology from Simon Fraser University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Tuan then pursued their LL.B. degree in Law from Queen's University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. In addition, Tuan Diep obtained a certification in the Ivey Academy HR Summit from The Ivey Academy - Executive Education - Ivey Business School in December 2020.
