Previously, Willetta held significant HR leadership roles at Nouryon, Constellation Brands, Harris and Harris LTD, WASHINGTON POST COMPANIES- KAPLAN HIGHER EDUCATION, DUN & BRADSTREET, Accenture, and SPSS, where contributions included transforming HR structures, enhancing talent management strategies, and achieving substantial cost savings. Willetta possesses a strong educational background with multiple Master's degrees in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Central Methodist University.
