Alex Padden

Alex Padden has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. They started their career as a Senior Investigator at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in 2006. They then worked as a Compliance Associate at Apax Partners from 2010 to 2012. Following that, Alex joined Siguler Guff & Company as a Vice President from 2012 to 2014. They then moved to BlackRock and held the positions of Vice President from 2014 to 2018 and Vice President of Global Marketing COO Team from 2018 to 2021. In 2022, Alex founded their own Compliance Consultancy, where they worked as the Founder until 2023. Currently, Alex is the Director of Compliance at Grayscale Investments, responsible for overseeing marketing compliance and ensuring adherence to rules and regulations.

Alex Padden attended Saint Joseph's University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Additionally, Alex obtained a certification in General Assembly's Data Analytics, although the specific month of achievement is unknown.
