Kyla Houge

Kyla Houge is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Company Counsel at Marex since March 2020. Previously, Kyla held positions as Company Counsel at Marex and as an Associate Attorney at Lewis Brisbois, where complex litigation involving investment advisors and financial products was a focus. Prior experience includes representing clients in civil litigation and employment law at Chapman Glucksman Dean & Roeb, as well as working as a law clerk and contributing to various legal projects at the FDIC and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Kyla has an extensive educational background, holding a Juris Doctor and a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso Law, along with a Bachelor of Science in Public Service & Public Policy from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
