Luke Kathol

Luke Kathol has over 28 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Luke is currently serving as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Great American Storage since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Urgent.ly from March 2013 to January 2023. Luke also worked as the Vice President/General Manager of Service Solutions at N.E.W. Customer Svc. Co., Asurion from March 2002 to December 2012. Before that, they served as the Senior Director, Eastern Region at J.D. Power & Associates from March 1994 to April 2000. Luke also held the position of SVP, Professional Services at iSky, Inc. from April 2000 to March 2002. Throughout their career, Luke has gained extensive experience in customer service, operations management, and product development.

Luke Kathol earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Old Dominion University between 1987 and 1991. Luke then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Instructional Systems Design from San Diego State University from 1991 to 1993.
