Katrina Valentine

Katrina Valentine has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and event industries. Katrina started their career as a Event Ambassador at ATN Promo, where they provided brand information and product samples at an international soccer tournament. Katrina then worked as a Street Team Member at Creative Loafing Tampa, promoting events and managing social media. At The Brass Tap, Katrina served as a Bartender, providing guest service and beer knowledge. Katrina also worked as an Events Ambassador at Brooklyn Brewery, where they coordinated local events, engaged with consumers, and raised brand awareness.

Katrina gained experience in the film industry as a Production Assistant on Ride Along 2, where they assisted in various on-set tasks. Katrina then joined Funky Buddha Brewery as a Tap Room Lead and Brewery Tour Guide, delivering excellent customer service and providing detailed beer descriptions. At CID Entertainment, they worked as a CID Ambassador, managing the VIP experience at concerts and events.

Moving into the yoga industry, Katrina joined CorePower Yoga as a Customer Experience Specialist, assisting students with inquiries and using software for account maintenance. At Great Divide Brewing Company, they held the role of Office Manager and Human Resources Support, administering HR services and supporting the executive team. Additionally, they worked as a Bartender at Great Divide Brewing Company, delivering high levels of customer service and conducting brewery tours.

Throughout their work experience, Katrina has gained skills in customer service, event coordination, brand promotion, and team support.

Katrina Valentine attended Broward College from 2008 to 2009, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or studied a specific field during that time. From 2009 to 2013, they attended the University of Central Florida, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising and Public Relations. In April 2014, they obtained a certification as a Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone Certification Program.
