J. Kiel O'Sullivan

J. Kiel O'Sullivan has extensive work experience in the real estate and finance sectors. From September 2008 to July 2019, they worked at TD Securities as an Analyst in Investment Banking. J. Kiel then joined Tricon Capital Group in September 2010 as Vice President of Investments and Asset Management, where they worked until July 2019. Currently, O'Sullivan is associated with Great Gulf, where they have held several roles. J. Kiel started as Senior Vice President of Business Development in July 2019 and later became the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development - Residential from October 2021 to March 2023. At present, they hold the position of President, US Single-Family Build-to-Rent at Great Gulf, starting in February 2023.

J. Kiel O'Sullivan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance & Accounting from the Schulich School of Business - York University in 2008. Following that, in 2007, they participated in an International Exchange program at Università Bocconi, specializing in Finance & Consulting. In 2018, they completed their Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategy & Management from Columbia Business School. Additionally, J. Kiel O'Sullivan is expected to obtain a certification in Python for Managers from Columbia Business School in 2024.
