Ethan Villella

Ethan Villella has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ethan is currently working as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Great Minds, where they lead the talent acquisition function for a fast-growing education company. Prior to this role, they worked as an Independent Consultant, providing talent acquisition consulting services to biotech companies and small growth companies.

Before their consulting work, Ethan served as a Recruiting Director at 2U, managing recruiting teams and implementing new processes for campus recruitment. Ethan also worked as a Recruiting Team Lead at CEB (now Gartner), leading the North American team in hiring for flagship products and services.

Ethan's earlier experience includes working as a Recruiting Lead at Blackboard, Inc., where they supported the hiring efforts for various departments on a global scale. Ethan also held a leadership role as the Director of Recruitment Services at HireStrategy, a leading professional staffing firm.

Additionally, Ethan has experience as a Project Coordinator at Securesoft Systems and as a Marketing Associate at Eyematic, where they were involved in software development and marketing efforts.
