Tony Bond

Tony Bond is the EVP, Chief Diversity & Innovation Officer at Great Place To Work. Tony is responsible for helping diverse groups within organizations solve complex challenges by successfully managing primary stakeholder relationships (customers, employees, partners, communities, and shareholder groups).

Prior to joining Great Place To Work, Tony was the President of nuSpace Consulting from May 2009 to October 2012. At nuSpace, Tony brought the interest of all stakeholders into strategic alignment and designed and implemented organizational strategies that led to innovation and organic growth. Tony also collaborated with leaders on building emotional intelligence competencies and transforming work cultures into one of resilience, transparency, meaning and engagement.

Some of Tony's selected engagements include utilizing emotional intelligence and design thinking methodologies to support a leadership strategy for a leading consumer products global brand; leveraging strategy, leadership development and change management skills to help a medium-sized enterprise develop a corporate culture that maximized the organization's strengths to drive innovation and stakeholder value; and applying design thinking principles and human centered design to a non-profit's community building project.

Tony Bond has a Master of Science from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Positive Organizational Development and Change, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roanoke College. Tony also has a certification from Stanford University in Designing Your Life, and a certification from Coursera in DeepLearning AI. In addition, they have a MS in Positive Organization Development and Change from KU Leuven, and a certification from the Appreciative Inquiry Certificate. Tony also has a certification from the International Coach Federation in Certified Executive Coach.
