Carl Holloway has a diverse work experience in the field of communications. Carl served as the Director of Communications at Great Places Housing Group since August 2018. Prior to this, they were the Head of Communications and Marketing at Cheshire West and Chester Council from August 2015 to August 2018. Carl also worked at Brent Council as the Media and Campaigns Manager from May 2014 to September 2015. Carl gained further experience as the Senior Communications Officer at Preston City Council from March 2009 to May 2014, and as a Communications Officer at NHS from August 2008 to March 2009.
