Paul Latham (MSc)

Paul Latham (MSc) has extensive work experience in the property management industry. Paul is currently the Head of Property Management Operations at Great Places Housing Group, a position they have held since April 2022. Previously, they worked as an Operations Manager at Zenith Management Ltd from October 2018 to April 2022. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Residential Management Group Limited, where they served as a Regional Manager from September 2008 to September 2018 and as a Property Manager from April 2004 to September 2008. Paul started their career as a Trainee Manager at W.E.ANFIELD & COMPANY LIMITED from September 1999 to September 2002.

Paul Latham obtained their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Property Management and Investment from De Montfort University. Paul completed their education in this field from 2010 to 2013.
