Dave Knecht

Dave Knecht is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Mosaic Diagnostics since October 2024, Dave has held similar positions at Vytelle and PathologyWatch in the preceding years. Prior to these roles, Dave spent several years at Eurofins as Vice President of Business Operations and Vice President of Finance, and at Dairy Farmers of America in key vice president positions overseeing business integration and financial planning & analysis. Dave's career began at Sysco as VP Finance/CFO and includes a foundational role as Audit Manager at KPMG, focusing on manufacturing and distribution sectors. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
