Michael Yost has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Michael is currently working as the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer at Great River Health, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Total Rewards and HR Customer Experience Officer at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System from December 2019 to February 2023. Michael also served as the Executive Director Total Rewards at UnityPoint Health from May 2018 to November 2019. Before that, they worked at Hospital Sisters Health System, where they held various roles including System Director of Compensation and Benefits, Corporate Benefits Manager, and HR Generalist from July 2013 to April 2018. Michael's earlier work experience includes being a Sales Manager at Pepsi MidAmerica from August 2012 to July 2013 and serving in the US Army as an HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist from February 2006 to April 2012.
Michael Yost holds a Master's Degree in Performance Improvement from the University of Arkansas Grantham. Michael also earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Upper Iowa University.
