Michael Yost has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Michael is currently working as the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer at Great River Health, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Total Rewards and HR Customer Experience Officer at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System from December 2019 to February 2023. Michael also served as the Executive Director Total Rewards at UnityPoint Health from May 2018 to November 2019. Michael Yost holds a Master's Degree in Performance Improvement from the University of Arkansas Grantham. Michael also earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Upper Iowa University.
