Stacy Albers

Stacy Albers has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Stacy started their career in 1997, working in customer service and sales support for Gateway. From there, they moved on to various managerial positions within Gateway, including Client Relations Team Manager and Technical Support Team Manager. In 2004, they joined Citibank where they managed a Customer Service Helpdesk team and later the operations of a transaction services unit. In 2006, they joined Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated as a Sr. Manager, Global Operations, leading company-wide process improvements and performance management software implementations. In 2013, they joined The First National Bank in Sioux Falls as a Project Manager, implementing Salesforce CRM across all departments. That same year, they also joined Esurance as a Digital Product Manager, responsible for improving the customer and agent experience through digital self-service solutions. Stacy stayed with Esurance until 2020, taking on additional roles as a Program Manager and leading business process innovation. In 2020, they joined Allstate as a Strategy Manager and later transitioned to roles as a Direct Sales & Service Business Process Consultant Manager and Business Architect Expert. In 2022, they joined Bonfire. as a member and in 2023, they will start working as a Sr. Digital Product Lead - Corporate Marketing for Great West Casualty Company. Throughout their career, Stacy has demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement, and customer service.

Stacy Albers earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, from Bellevue University in 2022. Before that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Marketing with a Design Emphasis from Southeast Technical Institute in 2020. Additionally, in 2021, they completed a PMP Certification Prep program at the Technical Institute of America. Stacy Albers also holds additional certifications such as Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. (obtained in 2023), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Project Management Academy (obtained in 2015), and DDI Targeted Selection Trainer from DDI | Development Dimensions International (obtained in 2013). Stacy'sacademic achievements include being on the Dean's List with a 4.0 GPA during Winter 2021 and Spring 2022 at Bellevue University.
