James Duca

Managing Director - Private Wealth Management at GreatBanc Trust Company

James Duca has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. James started their career at Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company in 1983 as SVP & Trust Counsel, and later became President at Marshall Funds in 1993. From 1997 to 2001, they served as President of Kent Funds at Old Kent. James then worked at Wintrust Financial Corporation as EVP, Wealth Management from 2001 to 2006. In the same year, they took on two roles simultaneously: CEO at M&I Financial Advisors and Executive Vice President, Private Client Group at M&I Wealth Management, a part of BMO Financial Group. James continued these roles until 2012. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Managing Director - Private Wealth Management at GreatBanc Trust Company. Currently, they hold the position of President & CEO at USF Affiliate Services, a US Fiduciary Services Company since 2015.

James Duca completed their undergraduate education at Marquette University from 1976 to 1980, earning an A.B. degree in Political Science. James then attended the University of Wisconsin Law School from 1980 to 1983, obtaining a J.D. degree.
