Customer Success and Retention Administrator at GreatDay HR

Ega Lestari has been working in the HR and recruitment industries since 2018. Ega started their career at PT. Sigma & Hearts Indonesia as a Human Resources Officer, where they were responsible for managing employees' database and preparing the process of candidates' selection. Ega also held the role of Purchasing Officer, taking lists of purchasing goods and services from all departments and categorizing them between monthly goods and one time goods. In addition, they were a Warehouse Officer, inputting the goods release form and doing the goods checking from purchasing.

In 2018, Ega Lestari also began working at PT. INTERNUX (BOLT4G) as a Telesales Representative.

Since 2021, Ega Lestari has been working at GreatDay HR - HR Software as a Customer Success and Retention Administrator, mainly responsible for handling the administrative tasks related about client's additional and renewal. Ega also holds the role of Telesales Representative, gathering leads and meetings for regional and expansion sales team.

Ega Lestari attended Yadika 13 from 2014 to 2017, and SMK YADIKA 13 from 2014 to 2017, where they studied Administrasi Perkantoran.
