Dawn Robinson

Dawn Robinson has a diverse work experience, primarily focused on talent resourcing, learning and development. Dawn started their career as a Training & Development Officer/Administrator at Smith & Williamson in 1999 and worked there until 2004. Following this, Dawn worked as a Learning & Development Executive at First Choice Holidays from 2004 to 2007. Dawn then moved to BNP Paribas Real Estate as a Learning & Development Advisor from 2007 to 2008. Dawn joined National Express LTD in 2008 as a Leadership Development Manager and worked there until 2012. Since 2012, they have been associated with Greater Anglia where they held various roles including Management Development Manager, Head of Learning and Development, Head of Learning and Talent Development, and currently as Head of Talent Resourcing & Development.

Dawn Robinson completed a Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute from 2014 to 2017. Dawn also completed a Diploma in Performance Coaching from Beech Consultancy from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) degree in CTP (Certificate in Training Practice) from Kingston College.
