Angela Wu

Angela Wu is an experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) professional currently serving as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at GBMC HealthCare since April 2022. In this role, Angela supports the Chief Diversity Officer in executing DEI strategies and leads initiatives such as the collection of patient SOGI data and enhancing employee demographic data. Previously, Angela worked at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included developing DEI programs and coaching employee resource groups. At Towson University, Angela served as Associate Director for Cultural Competency Education, creating trainings on various DEI topics and leading social justice retreats. Angela's experience also includes roles at Williams College and Stanford University, focusing on minority student development and fostering diversity dialogues. Angela holds a Master of Arts in Policy, Organization, Leadership Studies from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies and English from Mount Holyoke College.
