Michele O’day

Michele O'Day, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Greater Burlington YMCA. Prior to this, Michele worked as a Director of Human Resources at Topnotch Resort and Spa and as a Human Resources and Recruiting Specialist at Bruegger's Bagels. Michele also has experience in staffing at Kelly Services and event planning at New England Culinary Institute. Michele holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Champlain College.
