Rich Head

Rich Head, CCUE, has an extensive background in information technology and management, with experience spanning over two decades in various industries. In their current role as Vice President Information Technology at Greater Iowa Credit Union, Rich leads strategic planning, technical development, and security strategies for the organization. Prior to this, Rich held leadership positions at Linn Area Credit Union, Mercy Medical Center, RSM McGladrey, and the Archdiocese of Dubuque, showcasing their expertise in managing IT teams and overseeing technology implementation. Rich holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Northern Iowa.
