Cllr. Luke S.

Luke S. serves as an Elected Councillor and Chief Whip for the Croydon Council since May 2022, representing Coulsdon Town Ward and the Conservative party. In addition, Luke holds the position of Communications Officer at the Greater London Authority, where responsibilities include drafting media releases and enhancing digital media efforts. As part of Jason Perry's team, Luke manages the Mayor's social media channels, focusing on community engagement and promoting positive changes in Croydon. Previous roles include Director of Digital Campaigning for the Croydon Conservative Federation and various customer service positions, showcasing a strong background in political communication, social media strategy, and team leadership. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Warwick and has experience studying at Monash University.
