Dr. Marla D. Bradford

Dr. Marla D. Bradford currently serves as the Equity Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Bradford was the Senior Diversity Recruiter at Duquesne Light Company from September 2021 to June 2023 and held various positions over 17 years at Duquesne University, culminating as the Senior Recruiter Diversity Lead. Notable achievements include the establishment of programs such as the New Hire Orientation Program, Disability Awareness Month Program, an award-winning Professional Development Internship Program, and an annual Diversity Fair. Dr. Bradford's educational background includes studies at Duquesne University from 2014 to 2017.
