Rachel Cassar currently serves as the Manager of Billing and Customer Information at Greater Western Water since August 2021, overseeing the property to cash process for customers with a focus on timely and accurate billing. With experience as a Product Manager for Billing and Customer Data Platforms and roles in Billings & Collections at City West Water from June 2015 to August 2021, Rachel has contributed significantly to customer experience and credit management. Prior experience includes leadership positions at AEGIS, where responsibilities encompassed team leadership in areas such as customer service and sales. Rachel holds various qualifications, including a Safe Product Owner Product Manager certification from The Knowledge Academy and a Diploma of Credit Management from RMIT University.
