Prior to this, was the General Manager at Kohler Co. and Manager in R&D at Mahindra & Mahindra. Holds a M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from MIT Aurangabad Maharashtra and a Bachelor of Engineering from SSVPS'S BAPUSAHEB SHIVAJIRAO DEORE COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, DHULE.
