Umberto P. has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as an Audit Intern at PwC. In 2016, they worked as an Assistant Private Banker before moving on to a Credit Analyst role at a Private Asset Manager in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Zenit Sgr spa as an Investment Analyst and later as a Senior Investment Analyst, focusing on Private Debt investments in small to medium-sized enterprises. Currently, they are working at Green Arrow Capital as a Senior Investment Analyst in the Private Debt/Direct Lending sector, where they are responsible for deal origination, screening, execution, and monitoring of investments.

Umberto P. completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from the year 2009 to 2013. During their undergraduate studies, Umberto also participated in an exchange program at UCLA in 2014, focusing on Management Program.
