Stadium Services Manager at Green Bay Packers

Spencer Larson is the Manager of Hall of Fame & Stadium Tours at the Green Bay Packers. Spencer previously served as the Guest Experience Manager at the Minnesota Wild from September 2018 to April 2021. In their role at the Wild, Spencer was responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests of the Xcel Energy Center, Roy Wilkins Auditorium and RiverCentre. Spencer was also a strong contributor in motivation and oversight of guest service functions to ensure staff satisfaction and retention while providing superior service and a safe environment for guests.

Spencer is a highly experienced customer service professional with a proven track record of success in managing guest experience operations. Spencer is an expert in event planning and execution, and has a deep understanding of what it takes to provide an exceptional customer experience. In their current role with the Packers, Spencer is responsible for overseeing the Hall of Fame and Stadium Tour operations, and ensuring that all guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Spencer Larson received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. They also have a certification from CPI in de-escalation training, certification from American College of Surgeons in Stop the Bleed Course, certification from Regions Hospital in CPR, Heartsaver AED, and Comfort Training, and certification from Greater Green Bay Chamber in Leadership Green Bay.
