Neal Suit

Mr. Suit joined Green Brick Partners in May 2021. His responsibilities include oversight of all of the company’s legal functions and implementing policies and procedures to minimize or mitigate operational risk.

Mr. Suit has over 18 years of legal experience, much of that experience focused on the real estate and construction industries. He served as the General Counsel, Executive Vice President, and Corporate Secretary of Legacy Housing Corporation, where he played a key role in Legacy’s successful IPO in December 2018. Prior to going in-house, Mr. Suit worked at various law firms in the Dallas area, including a decade at the law firm of Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP, where he was a partner and the co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Construction section.

Mr. Suit earned a B.A. degree from Baylor University and J.D. from Harvard Law School.
