Shane Sarty has over 20 years of work experience. In 2019, they began working as the Chief Growth Officer at Green Check, Inc., a RegTech compliance engine focused on solving compliance challenges Banks and Dispensaries face in the cannabis industry. From 2006 to 2019, they worked at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, in various roles including Managing Director - Financial Services Sector, Vice President Operations, VP Managed Services, Director (Eastern Region), Global Account Executive, and Corporate Sales Manager. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as an Operational Manager -- Managed IT Services at an IT Consulting Firm. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as an Analyst at Interworld. From 1997 to 2001, they worked as a Legislative Aid at the United States Senate.

Shane Sarty attended Burke Mountain Academy from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a High School degree. Shane then attended the University of Vermont from 1993 to 1997, studying Gov't & Economics. Shane also holds a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification from Salesforce.
