Joel Milligan has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Joel began their career as a Restaurant Manager at Tony P's Bar and Pizzeria in 2012. From there, they moved on to Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers, where they served as a Restaurant and Bar Manager from 2013 to 2015. At Mellow Mushroom, they focused on providing a quality dining experience and managing inventory and liquor costs.
