Joel Milligan

Joel Milligan has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Joel began their career as a Restaurant Manager at Tony P's Bar and Pizzeria in 2012. From there, they moved on to Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers, where they served as a Restaurant and Bar Manager from 2013 to 2015. At Mellow Mushroom, they focused on providing a quality dining experience and managing inventory and liquor costs.

In 2016, Joel joined Green Chef, starting as a Manager On Duty and later transitioning to the role of Purchasing Manager. As the Purchasing Manager, they were responsible for procuring sustainable seafood and organic proteins for the meal kit segment. Joel provided industry knowledge to ensure the highest quality proteins for customers. Joel then served as the Inventory Manager before being promoted to Operations Manager in April 2020. Currently, Joel holds the position of Lead Operations Manager at Green Chef, a role they have been serving since October 2021.

Joel Milligan attended the International Culinary School at Art Institute Colorado from 2010 to 2012. Joel pursued studies in Baking and Pastry Arts with a focus on becoming a Baker/Pastry Chef. No specific degree was mentioned.
