Franca Rofe

Franca Rofé, M.A., ODCP has over 20 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Franca is currently the Head of Human Resources at the Green Climate Fund since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources at DAI from 2019 to 2022. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at FINCA Impact Finance. Before that, they worked as the Regional Human Resource Director for EURASIA and MESA at FINCA International from 2013 to 2015. From 2005 to 2013, they were the SVP of Human Resources at Citi. Franca also has experience working as an HR Consultant at Maximum Management/Frazer Jones in 2003 and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Chase from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they were the Chief People Officer at ARC eConsultancy, Inc. from 1999 to 2001 and a Vice President of Human Resources at Merrill Lynch from 1997 to 1999.
